The AMIA conference is approaching, and I hope you still agree to lend some of your equipment for the archiving workshop on Nov 15th. Here’s an agreement detailing the pick-up/return logistics and the equipment that you mentioned was available for the Community Archiving Workshop at the Austin History Center. We will be setting up the space at the Austin History Center on Monday afternoon, so the list might change if we find that we don’t need some equipment. In the agreement I specify the pick up time as Tues 9am or before. Also, returning the equipment – I can return the items the first thing on Wednesday morning.
