Over the weekend of July 11 & 12, 2026, Community Archiving Workshop partnered with the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery (LAMAG) in support of artist Nao Bustamante. 27 volunteers—including the artist—inventoried and inspected 357 items, producing an inventory that will serve as a basis for Nao’s archive. The workshop supports the long-term goals of the artist, as well as the production of an upcoming survey exhibition of her work at LAMAG and a publication of essays on her artistic practice.
